The Customer Service Advocate position responsible for processing medical, dental and vision claims.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
This is an onsite in office in Canfield, OH.
The Customer Care Associate will provide information to customers in response to complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Core
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Responsible for assisting an average of 45-55 callers per day---employer, insured, agent, provider, and/or internal customers.
Resolves issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved.
Other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Background:
High School/GED required Minimum of 1 year previous In Bound Call Center experience Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience Minimum 1 year in related medical/health field PC proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Average typing ability Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills 10-key operation by touch Must work well under pressure Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD9/ICD10 codes and/or medical terminology is a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
