is a locally owned aluminum extrusion company with more than 40 years in business.
We are looking to add a highly motivated Account Receivable Specialist to our Accounting Department.
This individual is expected to have excellent communication skills while being proficient in record keeping.
This position has been made available due to overall growth of the company.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements Plan and comply with taxes Manage internal controls and risk Provide financial advice and support Reconcile bank statements Advise on cost-savings and efficiencies Provide reports to management and other entities Learn accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll Be involved with monthly inventory reconciliations Journal entries General ledger reconciliation Year end audits Other duties as assigned by management Requirements:
Strong attention to detail/thoroughness Proficient in Word and Microsoft Excel 2
years, experience in accounting or finance Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a positive Benefits Include:
