Must be a non-smoker.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately throughout the practice Registering new patient referrals.
Scheduling physician and infusion appointments.
Checking patients in, verifying insurance, collecting copays.
Obtaining prior authorizations and scheduling of patient tests (ex:
CT, PET Scans) to local and regional facilities Medical record retrieval Scanning Qualifications and Skills Medical office and multi phone line experience necessary.
Must be compassionate and have excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with EPIC and MicroMD a plus 2 years experience preferred Job Type:
