Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments.
Relay necessary messages to staff and providers.
Greet patients as they sign in and sign out of the office in a courteous manner.
Record and verify necessary information in the scheduling system.
Answer the telephone, screen calls, and take messages in a polite and prompt manner.
Answer questions regarding patient appointments and testing.
Assist patient in scheduling testing as needed.
Maintain and update current information on physician's schedules ensuring that patients are scheduled properly.
Assist in completing forms for patients, file charts and paperwork into designated areas, scanning and medical records Maintain a clean and orderly work space and waiting area.
Maintains strict confidentiality with patients medical records and adheres to all HIPAA regulations Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior medical practice experience a plus Type:
